Bay Products is the only company that manufactures a full line of odor control equipment. Bay Products manufacturers adsorbers, chemical wet scrubbers, and biological filters along with a variety of medias and accessories. Bay Products believes in providing the best technology for the application. Since Bay Products manufactures all of the basic odor control technologies, the application will be fitted for the best technology. These systems are manufactured such that they will have a high degree of treatment efficiency while taking advantage of standardized production to reduce costs. The following is a list of our standard products and services:
Adsorbers
- Vent-A-Sorb – For control of venting equipment with flows up to 20 cfm.
- Manhole OCU - The system is specially designed to fit in an existing manhole to provide passive odor control of emanating odors. The system is comprised of a plastic housing, carbon canister and drain assemble. It comes in a variety of sizes to fit virtually every size manhole.
- LO-Flow Canister and System – Low flow High Density Polyethylene canister. The LO-Flow System is mounted with a fan, ductwork, and damper. For flows up to 900 cfm
- HAWK Radial Odor Control™ Canisters and Systems – The HAWK canister utilizes a unique radial flow design. This reduces pressure drop, footprint, media fluidization and overall operating costs. The HAWK system combines the HAWK canister with fan, ductwork, controls, and accessories in a single skid mounted unit. The HAWK can incorporate a wide variety of medias and comes in the following standard cfm sizes: 500, 2000, 5000, 7500, 10000, 15000, 20000 and higher for special designs.
- SPARROW Up Flow Odor Control Canisters and Systems – The SPARROW Up Flow Canister is a standard packed bed up flow system. The SPARROW system incorporates the fan, damper, ductwork, controls and accessories in a single skid mounted unit. The SPARROW can handle a variety of medias depending on the specific treatment needs. The SPARROW comes in the following standard cfm sizes: 400, 600, 1000, 1500, 2000 & 3000.
- RAVEN Regenerable Odor Control™ System – The RAVEN system utilizes two radial flow canisters with connecting ductwork, dampers, and water piping on a single skid. The RAVEN system primarily removes H2S by utilizing the advantages of catalytic carbon with water regeneration. The RAVEN system can come in manual or automatic regeneration modes. The system allows continuous operation. While one canister is operating in adsorption mode the other is being regenerated. The RAVEN system comes in the following standard cfm sizes: 500, 2000, 5000, 7500, 10000, 15000 & 20000.
- DEEP BED Odor Control Systems – The DEEP BED system has been the standard in the industry for many years. It utilizes up flow operation with sizes from 6’ to 12’ in diameter. These systems come in either single or dual bed configuration and provide excellent odor or VOC removal. The DEEP BED system comes in the following standard cfm sizes: Single Bed – 3500, 6000 & 8500 Dual Bed – 4000, 7500, 12000 & 17000.
- Media – Bay Products offers a full line of media depending on the application needs. Any of the above adsorber systems can utilize any of these medias (except the RAVEN system that only uses catalytic carbon). These include: Virgin Coal and Coconut, Caustic Impregnated Carbon, KI Impregnated Carbon, OdorSorb Max, OdorSorb Ultra, and Catalytic Carbon.
Chemical Wet Scrubbers
- OdorScrub™ Chemical Wet Scrubbers – The OdorScrub line of chemical wet scrubbers have been providing excellent odor control for over 30 years. These systems are simple in design and operation while providing a high degree of efficiency at low operating costs. The OdorScrub system comes in both single and dual tower configuration. The dual tower mode allows for higher removal efficiencies and better caustic/bleach usage. The dual tower OdorScrub can also be configured to remove ammonia in the first stage with acid followed by H2S removal in the second stage with caustic/bleach.
Biological Filters
- OdorDigest™ Biological Filter – The OdorDigest biological filter line is a composed of four basic configurations to best fit the filter kinetics to the application. The basic systems are OdorDigest Pack Bed (ODPB), OdorDigest BioTray (ODBT), and OdorDigest Tower – bioscrubber (ODT). Each system is flexible in that a variety of medias (compost/wood chips, lava rock, and synthetic plastic medias) can incorporated into its design. Thus making unlimited combinations of systems and media.
Accessories
- Grease/Mist Eliminators – FRP housing with stainless steel, polypropylene mesh pads or Noryl blades. Units have access doors, drains, and in-place wash systems.
- Sound Enclosures – FRP housing with a variety of acoustical material for blower sound reduction.
- FRP Ducting and Dampers – In order to help complement the treatment system, Bay Products offers complete FRP ductwork and FRP damper packages.
